How to order?

Choose the product(s) that you want to purchase and press the Add to Cart button. Then go through the checkout process(Shipping Address and Billing Info) and complete your order.

What payment methods can I use to complete my order?

You can use a credit card, a debit card or your PayPal account. We use the global payment processor PAYPAL which means we will never see your sensitive information, and our website uses 256-bit encryption.

How long will it take to receive my order?  

We ship from our USA Warehouse located in Portland, OR (zip 97214).

Meanwhile we offer the following range of delivery services via UPS and USPS:

1.   USPS 1st Class letter (this is for Lapel Pins ONLY, with a max of up to 4 Lapel Pins being ordered at one time).   This is an economy non trackable delivery system.  Once we ship your order you won't receive any delivery updates.  This is the most cost effective service for these small, light items. All items other than up to 4 lapel pins MUST ship via UPS (ground or expedited service). 

2.   UPS Ground delivery - always with tracking.   UPS ground delivery is between 1 and 5 business days (depending on the destination zip code) within the Continental United States, with tracking information available so you can check how delivery is going.  Rates vary depending on the destination being considered a 'residential' delivery or a 'commercial' delivery per UPS's system. All Shipments to HI and AK will be quoted on a custom basis, depending on delivery time needs and destination zip codes. Please call or email us with any questions so we can assist you with the most cost and time efficient shipping method.    

3.   Express/Expedited delivery (UPS Next Day Air; UPS Next Day Air Saver, and UPS 2nd Day Air).   These are UPS's premium express & expedited delivery services which are 1-2 business days, depending on your choice and on your destination zip code.  Please note all zip codes are not eligible for UPS Next Day Air Saver service. Additional surcharges for HI and AK destinations apply.

CANADIAN Orders

Orders sent from the USA store to Canada are subject to customs duties and taxes by your country and this is outside of our control.   Note that when your order arrives you will be contacted by your local authority and will need to pay the required import duties.

Exchanges and Returns

Please choose your items carefully - we want you to enjoy your merchandise as soon as you receive your order.   

To return an item please contact us so we can provide you with the relevant information. ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA #) THAT WILL BE ISSUED BY C21 PROMO SHOP USA.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of the order date. All returns must be in unworn (no tags removed) "new" condition.    

Once approved for credit or exchange we will either issue an item exchange or refund, excluding the delivery fee(s). The delivery fee(s) will be credited only if the product delivered is faulty or does not match what you ordered. Personalized orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty, or do not match what you ordered. Refunds will be issued either via company check or through e-commerce refund methods.
